Contact a customer service agent at BBQTEK Enterprise Inc. in order to ensure proper satisfaction for your returned merchandise. Goods not ordered correctly by customer, or refused delivery by customer, will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 30%.
Orders will only be shipped at no additional charge if the shipping error is made by BBQTEK Enterprise Inc., customer will not be subject to a restocking charge and standard freight charges will be credited.

Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. In the event that an incorrect address or incorrect postal /zip code is provided, the shipment will be delayed; furthermore there will be an additional USD$8.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card upon notification by UPS. If your package is returned to us, there will be an additional freight charge to have it delivered again. Should you refuse the package, you will be billed a restocking fee of 30% plus the freight cost.

You may cancel any order without charge or penalty as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Any item that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if returned, will be subject to the restock fee and shipping costs.
